Dr. Orrin Devinsky is an internationally renowned neurologist, lecturer, and author, and a Professor of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Psychiatry at New York University School of Medicine. He is also Director of the NYU/Mount Sinai Comprehensive Epilepsy Center, and has a medical degree from Harvard Medical School. Dr. Devinsky’s major research interest is epilepsy, and he has made great strides in advancing research for the surgical treatment of epilepsy and developing new antiepileptic drugs. Additionally, Dr. Devinsky has written over 15 professional books, including the definitive layperson’s guide, “A Guide to Understanding Living With Epilepsy.” With his expertise, Dr. Devinsky is committed to providing the best possible care for those living with epilepsy.
