At Early Intervention Child and Family Connections | Lake County Health Department (Child and Family Connections #2), we are dedicated to providing families with children ages birth to three who have diagnosed disabilities, developmental delays, or a substantial risk of significant delays with resources and supports. We strive to help families maximize their children’s development while respecting the diversity of families and communities. Our mission is to ensure that all families in need of early intervention services receive the support they need to help their children reach their full potential.
