At Early Intervention Child and Family Connections | Sangamon County Department of Public Health (Child and Family Connections #18), our mission is to provide resources and supportive services to families with young children (birth to three) who have been diagnosed with disabilities, developmental delays, or are at risk of significant delays. We recognize and celebrate the diversity of families and communities, and strive to help families maximize their child’s development. Our dedicated team is committed to assisting families in providing the best possible care for their children.
