About Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education

Oregon’s Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) Services provides a comprehensive system to support the educational and developmental needs of children ages birth to five and their families. Our program is designed to ensure that children who qualify for special education receive a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA). Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about providing the best possible services to our clients, and we strive to create a safe and supportive environment. EI/ECSE Services is committed to helping families access the resources they need to ensure their children reach their full potential.
