At East Bay Community Action Program, we are dedicated to providing the residents of Rhode Island’s East Bay with a wide range of health and human services. Our mission is to get to know our clients personally and connect them with the right services, at the right time. We are a private, non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation, serving the municipalities of East Providence, Barrington, Warren, Bristol, Tiverton, Little Compton, Portsmouth, Middletown, Newport, and Jamestown. Our commitment to our clients and their well-being is our top priority.
