At East Bay Community Action Program, people come first. We are a private, non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation that provides a wide range of health and human services to the residents of Rhode Island’s East Bay. Our mission is to get to know our residents personally, so that we can connect them with the right services, at the right time. Serving the municipalities of East Providence, Barrington, Warren, Bristol, Tiverton, Little Compton, Portsmouth, Middletown, Newport, and Jamestown, our goal is to make sure that everyone in our community gets the help they need.
