At East Bay Community Action Program, we prioritize people first. We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation that provides health and human services to the residents of Rhode Island’s East Bay, including East Providence, Barrington, Warren, Bristol, Tiverton, Little Compton, Portsmouth, Middletown, Newport, and Jamestown. Our mission-driven approach means that when someone walks through our doors, we get to know them personally and connect them with the right services, at the right time.
