Easter Seals Workforce Development North Austin has been providing employment services to adults with disabilities since 1986. We strive to increase self-sufficiency and improve the quality of life of our participants by offering three core services. Our Paid Job Training program provides compensated job training and establishes a successful work history. Our Transitions Support Project services, accredited by The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission (CARF) under its Employment Services Coordination Best Practice Standards, provide individualized case management, psychosocial assessment, and work adjustment training. Additionally, our Supported Employment services, accredited by The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission (CARF) under its Community Employment Services Best Practice Standards, provide job development and placement.
