Eastern Oregon Center for Independent Living (EOCIL) is a non-profit, community-based organization located in Ontario, Oregon. We are dedicated to helping people with disabilities lead more independent and self-determined lives. Our staff is comprised of mostly individuals with disabilities, and our governing board members are also majority individuals with disabilities. We strive to help those in our community with disabilities gain access to resources, education, and other services to make their lives more independent, which includes advocating for the rights of people with disabilities. Through EOCIL, we empower individuals with disabilities to live a self-determined life and we are committed to improving the quality of life for our community members.
