Eastern Oregon Center for Independent Living (EOCIL) is a non-profit community organization, managed by and for people with disabilities. Our mission is to provide advocacy and services to ensure that individuals with disabilities are able to achieve their desired level of independence. We are dedicated to advancing the rights of individuals with disabilities and providing them with the support they need to reach their full potential. Our staff, including those in key decision-making positions, are comprised of a majority of individuals with disabilities, as required by the 1992 Amendments of the Rehabilitation Act. Located in Pendleton, Oregon, EOCIL is committed to empowering and supporting our local community.
