Our story began when a Lutheran pastor opened a small orphanage in Salem, VA and we have grown to a team of 600+ passionate and committed staff and caregivers. We are committed to providing quality care and support to those in need in Roanoke and the surrounding areas. We strive to create a safe and caring environment for those in our care and our family-like atmosphere is something we pride ourselves on. With our knowledgeable and experienced team, we are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
