Equine-Assisted Therapy, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing therapeutic horseback riding activities in St. Louis, Missouri. Founded in 1999 by Ginni Hartke and her husband Gary, Equine-Assisted Therapy (EAT) has been providing therapeutic horseback riding to individuals with disabilities for more than two decades. We are a proud member of PATH International (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International) and Spirithorse International. To ensure the program is accessible to all, we offer a scholarship fund for those unable to pay the class fee due to financial hardship, and US Veterans and foster children are exempt from our fees. Our operating costs are funded by individual and corporate donations, grants, special events, and fundraisers.
