At Exceptional Children’s Assistance Center (ECAC), we empower families of children with special needs from birth to age 26. We provide information, resources, training, and support to help parents understand the special education system, their rights, and how to use their voice. Additionally, we enable young adults with disabilities to become self-advocates and leaders, as well as support the educators and professionals who serve them. ECAC is dedicated to helping families with children with special needs navigate the special education system with confidence.
