Our mission is to provide high-quality services to empower those with developmental, learning, and emotional barriers to reach their fullest potential. Through our two Art Centers, Whittier Art Center and our other locations, ECF works to open up the world of art to our unique population. We offer a variety of programs and services, including art classes and activities to help build confidence and foster self-expression. We strive to provide an inclusive, safe and supportive environment for our clients. Our goal is to help each individual reach their highest potential – both personally and professionally.
