Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Fairfield DD) is a mission-driven organization focused on enhancing the lives of others. We use Simon Sinek’s concept of The Golden Circle – WHY, HOW, and WHAT – to stay core to our mission and ensure that our values, processes, and infrastructure align with our goal of adding value to the community. At Fairfield DD, our priority is to continually communicate “the WHY behind the WHAT” in order to create higher motivation and engagement among staff, those we support, their families, and our community members. For the next three years, Fairfield DD will focus on our mission, keeping the “why” in mind as we strive to make a positive impact.
