Family Resource Network (FRN) is a non-profit organization that provides support to families raising children from birth to 22 years with special needs in Amador, Calaveras, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Tuolumne Counties in California. We offer services to families with children of any type of special need, medical diagnosis, or learning difference, regardless of their income level or eligibility. In addition to providing support to families, FRN also serves professionals working with special needs children. Our mission is to promote and provide resources, advocacy, education, and support to enhance the well-being of families and individuals with special needs.
