Family Service Foundation, Inc. (FSF) is a Frederick-based organization committed to providing person-centered services that encourage growth and better the lives of our clients. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals, no matter the ability, and we offer a wide range of services that promote independence in the home, community, and workplace. FSF provides Community Living Services and Meaningful Day Services to give our clients choices, and help them gain confidence and self-sufficiency. Our objective is to empower each client to make a positive impact on their lives and the local community.
