About Freedom Hills Therapeutic Riding

Freedom Hills Therapeutic Riding Program is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization offering Equine Facilitated Therapy for the Mind, Body and Soul since 1982. Our program is certified by PATH, a Maryland Horse Discovery Center, and a Maryland Certified Program for Farm Based Education. Our mission is to provide therapeutic riding to individuals with physical, mental and emotional challenges, helping them to develop skills, build confidence and experience the joy of horseback riding.
