Fulton County Department of Mental Health THE CENTER FOR HEALTH & REHABILITATION is a behavioral health organization dedicated to helping those in need. We provide treatment and support services for children and adults, offering a range of options including individual therapy, family group therapy, substance abuse treatment, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and case management. Our services also include day services, psychiatric assessment and treatment, counseling for groups, co-occurring addiction problems, individual and family therapy, crisis management, parenting training, consultation, school clinical services, education and prevention services, coordination of services, referral to appropriate care providers and agencies, and continuing care for clients discharged from hospitals. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care to those struggling with mental health and addiction issues.
