The Georgia Department of Public Health’s Coastal Health District and Bryan County Health Department’s Pembroke Clinic offer the Babies Can’t Wait (BCW) program, which is Georgia’s Early Intervention program for children with significant developmental delays or medical conditions that may lead to delays. This program provides services to children from birth to age three, as well as their families, and is established under Part C of the Federal Individuals with Disabilities Act. Our BCW program is designed to help families provide their children with the best possible start to life.
