The Georgia Department of Public Health, Coastal Health District, and Effingham County Health Department’s Babies Can’t Wait (BCW) Program is dedicated to providing early intervention services for children from birth to age three who have significant developmental delays, or are at risk for delays due to a diagnosed medical condition. Our team works to ensure each child with special needs has access to the resources they need to reach their fullest potential. Through our partnership with the Federal Individuals with Disabilities Act (Part C), we are proud to offer support and resources to help children and their families. Our goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
