At Georgia Department of Public Health | Coastal Health District | Long County Health Department, Babies Can’t Wait (BCW) is our Early Intervention program. Through this program, we provide comprehensive services to children from birth to age three and their families who have significant developmental delays or who are at risk for delays due to a diagnosed medical condition. Our Early Intervention program was established in accordance with Part C of the Federal Individuals with Disabilities Act. We strive to empower families and support their children’s development and growth.
