High Road School at Caroline County and Caroline Innovative Pathways (CIP) are dedicated to providing support and services to students in order to improve their academic and social functioning. Our highly structured therapeutic classroom settings are designed to meet the individual academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs of each student in a low staff-to-student ratio. We work collaboratively with district special education and general education teachers to ensure the student receives the best resources and benefits from both district and our program. Through individualized and small-group teaching approaches, counseling services, and a comprehensive behavior management system, our goal is to provide students with the necessary tools to succeed.
