At ACME Therapies, our Director/Owner Holly Stewart, MS, is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 15 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Radford University and is licensed in Virginia and North Carolina. Holly is certified in Early Intervention, has specialized training in Beckman Oral Motor Protocol and DIR Floortime, and has extensive experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication. With her passion for helping her clients improve their quality of life through the use of functional communication skills, Holly provides individual and group speech therapy sessions to children and teens with complex communication needs and those on the Autism spectrum. She works in schools/daycares, outpatient therapy centers, therapeutic riding facilities, and in natural environments, always delivering family-friendly therapy within the motivational framework of play.
