No matter age or perceived disability, HOPEFitness believes that every individual has the right to a healthy lifestyle. Our facilities are designed to maximize participation and encourage members for ultimate success. HOPEFitness does not only provide the means for weight loss, increased muscle strength and flexibility, but to most importantly give all participants a safe and comfortable place. This will help them at home, work, school and in their personal and social lives. Open to the public, HOPEFitness is the first facility of its kind to integrate mainstream with individuals of all types of abilities. Founder H.L. Greenberg, a parent of a child with special needs, has made fitness accessible to individuals of all types of abilities. After 10 years of supervising recreational programs for youths and adults with disabilities and 15 years volunteering with the Special Olympics as a senior coach, H.L. realized how important it was to provide individuals of all levels a gym they can call their own. At HOPEFitness, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone to enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
