Our main administrative facilities are located in Peru, Illinois, with 10 small homes spread throughout LaSalle and eastern Bureau counties. We offer a wide range of services tailored to adults with disabilities, including 24-hour residential support, intermittent in-home and employment supports, and day services. Our mission is to provide quality care and services to individuals with disabilities, allowing them to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
