The Idaho Center on Disabilities and Human Development (CDHD) in Moscow offers a range of training, services and assistance for people with disabilities, their families, professionals and local communities. Our aim is to make Idaho a place where people with disabilities have the same opportunities to thrive as everyone else. We research and promote best practices, provide grants and carry out outreach activities to promote inclusion.
