About Illinois Assistive Technology Program

At the Illinois Assistive Technology Program (IATP), our mission is to empower those with disabilities and health conditions to enhance their independence and quality of life through greater access to Assistive Technology (AT) devices and services. We offer a range of AT programs and services to help you learn about and try AT devices, financial loans to purchase AT, training, technical assistance, and contracted services including professional AT evaluations. Our goal is to provide Illinoisans of all ages with the resources they need to improve their daily lives.
