About Illinois Client Assistance Program

The Illinois Client Assistance Program (CAP) is a federally funded program designed to empower individuals with disabilities to access and utilize essential rehabilitation services. Established in 1973 under the Rehabilitation Act, CAP strives to help those with disabilities understand their options and seek out the resources they need to live their best life. Our highly trained and knowledgeable staff is dedicated to providing comprehensive support services that maximize the independence and quality of life of each individual. Our commitment to excellence and inclusivity is the foundation of our success, and we strive to create an accessible and empowering environment for all.
