IMPACT CIL is a self-help and advocacy organization, founded in 1985 by people with disabilities. We provide support to help people with disabilities reach their full potential, and advocate for a society free of physical and attitudinal barriers. We strive for a society that allows us to live independently in our own communities, free from discrimination, prejudice and segregation. Through IMPACT CIL, we are empowered to make our own decisions and choices and to be accepted as equal members of our communities.
