Independent Case Management (ICM, Inc) is a not-for-profit organization providing home and community-based supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in the state of Arkansas. Established in 1988, ICM started as a pilot project to implement a 1915c Medicaid waiver for people with IDD. Currently, we serve over 280 people with IDD and have around 600 employees. Our funding primarily comes from Medicaid services that we provide to people with IDD in their homes and communities. Additionally, we offer therapies for children with autism, a community center in Little Rock, foster care, and employment supports for people with IDD.
