As a PA DE licensed psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist with a Fellowship from the American Board of Psychological Specialties in Educational School Psychology, Dr. Kay has the expertise to provide IEEs for those with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, Dyslexia, Non-Verbal Learning Disabilities, Autism-spectrum disorders, Dysgraphia, Tourette syndrome, intellectual disabilities, mental giftedness, math disabilities, behavior problems, emotional disorders, school admissions, and multiple-exceptionalities.
