Independent Lifestyles, Inc. (ILICIL) is a 501(c)3 organization founded in 1997 to help persons with disabilities break down barriers in their communities and gain access to the same opportunities as their non-disabled neighbors. With our headquarters in Little Falls, we have grown from a small office with a few staff members to a larger building with over 45 staff and 80 PCA’s. At Independent Lifestyles, we believe that everyone deserves the right and opportunity to make decisions that affect their life, pursue activities of their own choosing, and be limited only in the same ways as their non-disabled peers. We strive to achieve true Independent Living, defined as not only living on one’s own, but having meaningful employment, engaging in social activities, and most importantly, having the freedom to make their own choices and learn from the results.
