Iron Horse Therapy is an award-winning therapeutic equine center located in Milton GA. Our mission is to empower children and adults with special needs through equine-assisted activities. Our vision is to build relationships between people, horses, families and communities, using the horse as a partner and therapeutic tool to achieve cognitive, physical, social, educational, and behavioral goals. At Iron Horse Therapy, we strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages each individual to reach their fullest potential.
