As the Training Director for the APA accredited internship program at Kaiser Permanente’s Department of Psychiatry LAMC, Janice developed the TRACK concept to help parents determine if their young child needs additional help or guidance in the academic setting. Janice works to involve parents and caretakers in the therapy process, while creating a safe, trusting environment for the child or adolescent.
