Jewish Family & Children’s Services (JFCS) of Brighton has been providing exceptional, compassionate human services guided by Jewish traditions for over 150 years. Our integrated portfolio of over 40 programs serves individuals and families across Eastern and Central Massachusetts, focusing on meeting the needs of new parents and their children, older adults and family caregivers, people with disabilities, and those experiencing poverty, hunger, or domestic abuse. We are proud to have a staff of 300 employees and 2,200 active volunteers, providing services to more than 14,000 people annually. At JFCS, we use personalized, “high-touch” services and data-driven outcomes assessment to ensure our continuous improvement and commitment to our mission. We strive to create and maintain an environment that is welcoming of all, and celebrate the uniqueness of those we serve, our staff, volunteers, donors, and business partners.
