Jewish Family & Children’s Services (JFCS) has been providing exceptional human services, guided by Jewish traditions of social responsibility, compassion, and respect for all, for over 150 years. Serving communities in Eastern and Central Massachusetts, our staff of 300 employees and 2,200 active volunteers provide more than 40 integrated programs to over 14,000 people each year. Our services focus on the needs of new parents and their children, older adults and family caregivers, children and adults with disabilities, and people experiencing poverty, hunger, or domestic abuse. JFCS combines personalized, ‘high-touch’ services with data-driven outcomes assessment to support continuous improvement.
