Jewish Family Service of Atlantic & Cape May Counties (JFS), located in Margate, NJ, is dedicated to strengthening families and youth through supportive services. JFS offers the Project AWARE program, funded by United Way of Atlantic County, to provide low-cost evaluations and support for individuals and families newly diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Additionally, JFS provides community education to increase awareness of autism and other related disorders, especially targeting young children from minority families and uninsured and underinsured families in Atlantic County.
