Our Adult Day Health program provides individuals with meaningful and interactive opportunities that are tailored to their individual needs. We enable our participants to explore their community, take part in activities, build relationships with others, make valuable contributions to their community, and become leaders and supporters. Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere that encourages personal growth and self-empowerment.
