Karen Soren

Karen Soren, MD, is a highly experienced and respected Professor of Pediatrics and Director of Adolescent Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Childrens Hospital. She earned her BA from Harvard University and MD from New York University School of Medicine and trained in Pediatrics at Childrens National Medical Center in Washington, DC, and Adolescent Medicine at University of Chicago Medical Center. Dr. Soren is board-certified in Adolescent Medicine and has extensive expertise on adolescent reproductive health care, mental health, eating disorders, and parent-child communication. As well as providing clinical care to adolescents, she is also responsible for developing the Adolescent Medicine training program at Columbia University.
