At the Law Office of James A. Lester, we have been providing high-quality legal services in education law since 2004. Founder James A. Lester has been practicing law since 1997 and has been a former municipal attorney and city prosecutor. We are proud to have served as President of the Branch County Bar Association and have represented clients in hundreds of IEP meetings, student discipline hearings, manifestation determinations, and other proceedings all over Michigan. Our firm also provides special education advocacy training to parent groups and present programs about the workings of the special education system at conferences and other events. With a personal investment in special education due to our founder’s son with autism, we strive to provide the best services to our clients.
