Eaton Academy’s LEAP and LIFE programs are designed to meet the unique needs of post-secondary students as they transition into the workforce. With LEAP, participants gain professional skills such as communication with management, organizing work tasks, and accepting constructive feedback. LIFE provides young adults with the assistance needed to transition from living at home to an independent apartment, including support from a life coach for cooking, cleaning, shopping, job-seeking, and finances. All services are designed to boost the confidence and skills of our participants, setting them on the path to success.
