We are one of three Independent Living Centers in Idaho, and there are over 340 Centers nation-wide. Founded in 1999, we are proud to carry on the mission of Ed Roberts – the Father of the Independent Living Movement – who advocated for persons with disabilities to have the same access and opportunities as everyone else. We understand that everyone has the right to control their own decisions, and we strive to empower individuals to meet their independence goals.
