Lily Pond Child Development Centers is a 501(c)3 non-profit educational organization, Kids First Blair County. Founded in 2006, our mission is to serve children and families with high-quality, evidence-based child care and early childhood education. Our founder, Jackie Clouser, created Kids First Blair County to continue the vision of providing excellent programs for young children. We strive to provide a safe, supportive learning environment that encourages the growth and development of all children.
