The Little League Challenger Division is an adaptive baseball program for boys and girls with physical and developmental challenges. All players play defensively and bat every inning in games that typically last 1-2 innings and an hour. Teams are provided a rulebook with a best practices guide to operating Challenger Division games. Games are held on traditional or synthetic baseball or softball fields, with the use of traditional fields encouraged to give participants the same experience as their peers. Buddies, typically peer athletes in the Little League Baseball or Softball program, are available to assist Challenger athletes with batting, base running and defense as needed. Join the Little League Challenger Division in Mill Valley, and spread the word about being a Buddy!
