At Little League Challenger Division in Vacaville, we provide adaptive baseball and softball programs for boys and girls with physical and developmental challenges. Our games are flexible and adaptable and typically last 1-2 innings and about an hour. We use traditional or synthetic baseball and softball fields, and we encourage the use of traditional fields so that all participants can enjoy playing on the same types of fields. Buddies are available to assist Challenger athletes in batting, base running and defense, but only as needed. Usually, Buddies are peer athletes who are involved in the Little League Baseball or Softball program. We strive to create an enjoyable and inclusive environment for all of our players.
