Medicine Horse Program is a non-profit that provides free/donation-based Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Learning (EAL) sessions to improve the mental health of individuals, couples, children, teens, families, and groups. Our herd of therapy horses are at the center of our program, allowing us to offer specialized services to a wide range of people including veterans and active service members, those in recovery from substance abuse, people with disabilities, the LBGTQ+ population, survivors of trauma and abuse, children with autism, underserved youth, and others impacted by breast cancer. With our evidence-based approach and compassionate team, Medicine Horse Program is dedicated to creating positive, lasting change.
