Dr. Michelle Yetman is an Associate Professor and Clinical Psychologist at LSU Health Shreveport. She obtained her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Gallaudet University in 2000 and completed an externship in Pediatric Psychology at the Hospital for Sick Children and Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Yetman also completed her APA approved Clinical Internship at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore and received specialized training in the diagnosis of autistic spectrum disorders at the Center for the Atypical Child at University at Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Yetman is a member of both the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Louisiana Psychological Association (LPA). With her extensive experience and qualifications, she is committed to offering the highest quality of care and expertise to her patients.
