Established in 1977, Mo PA was created in response to public outcry about the abuse, neglect, and lack of programming in institutions for individuals with disabilities. With the designation from the Missouri Governor, Mo PA is dedicated to providing advocacy services to ensure the legal rights of persons with disabilities are protected. Our goal is to provide quality advocacy services to those who need them, so they can live their life to the fullest.
