MOFFAT ADULT SERVICES is a private, not-for-profit agency providing services and supports to people with developmental disabilities in five counties in Northwest Colorado. Our services include therapy, supervised living programs, work training programs, building community support, and supporting families. We provide developmental screenings, early intervention, and family support services, as well as service coordination to help families find and access resources. Our adult services include semi-independent apartment programs, supported living services, day programs, vocational services, and family support. Our mission is to empower those with special needs to reach their full potential and become active members of their community.
